Turned A Mistake Into A One-Of-A-Kind

A few weeks ago, I received my Save the Dates, which I had ordered online.I was really excited when they arrived and I could not wait to open the box to see what they looked like. I ripped open the box and pull out the cards and much to my surprise they were not exactly what I was expecting...

Don’t get me wrong, they were super cute, but they were really small and simply forgettable. They were missing the “Wow Factor.”

I quickly called my mom and told her that the Save the Dates had arrived, but they were not exactly what we thought they were when we first ordered them. She quickly said, let me see one!

A few days later she said we had to do something about them… So we did.

We decided to salvage this cute card and give it the Wow Factor. See the original Save the Date below

Here is what we did... We placed the original Save the Date on top of a special 3 fold metallic cardstock and added embellishments, such as casino chips and a playing card to represent Vegas. We also added crystal rhinestones on the carton images. In addition, we also included a small card with the hotel details. The right and left flap flip inward and the bottom flap goes over the side flaps.

Has this happened to you? Its so hard when you buy something online because you really never know what I will look like.

If this has happend to you, please let us help you.

We would love to help you transform yur invitations. We will make sure to make them memorable!

I search and purchase what is needed based on your specifications such as styles, color and most importantly price points.

Please e-mail me and we can talk in more detail. My e-mail address is: extracessity@yahoo.com

We Found Our Photographer!

A few months ago, I posted a classified ad on Weddingbee.com http://www.weddingbee.com/ seeking a photographer for our October Vegas wedding. The ad read like this:

Hi,
I am looking for a great photographer with great deals for my 10/2010 wedding in Las Vegas. I plan on going to Vegas in the next few weeks and would love to meet with a couple of vendors (I live in LA, CA). If you take great pictures and are interested please let me know.

After placing the ad, I was very surprised to get replies, mostly from photographers who did not live in Las Vegas. I got a few from the West Coast and many from CA. Where were the Vegas folks? Do they not use Weddingbee.com? Who knows?

I reviewed all the “proposals” that that were e-mailed to me, we contacted some by email and had a few phone conversation with others. They all had great websites and took some really lovely pictures, but they were all missing something….

And the search continued….

One day we received an e-mail from Rob Greer http://www.robgreer.com/. As soon as I read his e-mail, I went straight to his website (something I did with all the others) and his pictures just blew me away! They were so different from traditional pictures, exactly what we were looking for. But they were still so beautiful!

You have to see them to know what I am talking about http://www.robgreer.com/html/wedding/wedding-photographer.shtml Amazing, right?!?!?

After meeting with him in person (BTW, he is super cool and his studio is stunning) we knew we had our photographer!

I am so happy to have Rob as our photographer and I can’t wait to have him take our pictures (both engagement and wedding)!

If you're looking for a wedding photographer in Los Angeles, I suggest you contact Rob!
